He is Randy Lansangan and Rowena Lansangan‘s son.
He is Joshua Tiglao Lansangan‘s brother.
He was born and raised in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines.
In 2007, he started serving as an altar server.
From June 2014 to March 2018, he attended Holy Angel University in Angeles City, Philippines where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.
He was crowned Mister International Philippines 2017 at Misters of Filipinas 2017.
He was a Mister International 2018 semifinalist.
In 2019, he was a “StarStruck” Season 7 auditionee.
He won Mister Pampanga 2024.
On October 11, 2024, he turned 27.
He was a Binibining Cuyapo 2025 judge.

While employed as a flight attendant, Lansangan won the inaugural edition of Mister Pampanga. He won 150,000 pesos (US$2,700).

On September 30, 2017, he represented Mabalacat at Misters of Filipinas 2017 and competed against 23 other candidates at One Esplanade in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. He ranked first and was crowned Mister International Philippines 2017.
In November 2017, he was an intern at the San Miguel Pure Foods Company in San Fernando, Pampanga.

After graduating from Holy Angel University in March 2018, he was not able to attend the graduation ceremony in April 2018 because of his Mister International 2018 participation so he attended the university’s graduation in October 2018 instead.
On April 30, 2018, he represented the Philippines at Mister International 2018 and competed against 35 other candidates at the National Theater in Yangon, Myanmar. He finished in the Top 10.

In January 2019, he auditioned for the GMA Network reality competition show “StarStruck” Season 7 while employed as a very important person (VIP) host in a casino in Pampanga. He did not make it to the Top 40.
In September 2019, he joined the Philippine Airlines as a flight attendant.

On December 5, 2024, he represented Mabalacat at Mister Pampanga 2024 and competed against 20 other candidates at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center in San Fernando. He won the title.

He was one of the models featured in the “Family Feud Philippines” episode aired on April 8, 2025 on GMA Network.
On April 12, 2025, he served as a judge at Binibining Cuyapo 2025 at the Cuyapo Auditorium in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.
On April 28, 2025, he represented Dumaguete City at Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2025 and competed against 25 other candidates at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City. He ranked fourth and was crowned Manhunt Philippines Male Supermodel 2026.
