Noe is an American journalist and beauty queen from Lawrence, Kansas. Her family owns one of the oldest farms in Kansas.

She was born in Duluth, Minnesota, USA.
Aside from Lawrence, she has lived in other parts of Kansas including Lecompton.
She was a Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2016 finalist.
She was a Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2017 finalist.
In 2022, she graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
She is Miss Lawrence USA 2022.
She won Miss Kansas USA 2022.
She was a Miss USA 2022 finalist.
From 2023 to 2024, she was a weekend anchor at KOAM News Now in Pittsburg, Kansas as an anchor.
In 2024 she became a morning news anchor and executive producer at KOAM News Now.

Noe is an advocate for those who have experienced sexual trauma. She was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority at the University of Kansas.

On November 29, 2015, she finished in the Top 15 at Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2016 in Burnsville, Kansas.
On November 27, 2016, she finished in the Top 15 at Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2017 in Burnsville.

In October 2021, she was crowned Miss Lawrence USA 2022.
On November 29, 2021, she attended the Miss USA 2021 coronation night at the Paradise Cove Theater of the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
On May 8, 2022, she represented Lawrence at Miss Kansas USA 2022. She competed against 15 other candidates at the B&B Live Performing Arts Theatre in Shawnee, Kansas and won the title.
On May 15, 2022, she graduated from the University of Kansas.
