Born in Meycauayan, Bulacan, Philippines to an American father and a Filipino mother, Chelsea Anne Manalo turned 25 on October 14, 2024. She is the reigning Miss Universe Philippines 2024.
On May 22, 2024, Manalo represented Bulacan at Miss Universe Philippines 2024, competed against 52 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines and won. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Stacey Gabriel of Cainta, Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province, Tarah Valencia of Baguio City and Christi McGarry of Taguig.
On November 16, 2024, Chelsea represented the Philippines at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She finished in the Top 30 and was crowned Miss Universe Asia 2024.
Miss Universe Philippines 2025 predictions
On May 2, 2025, Chelsea will crown her successor at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. It is the sixth edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Philippines’ Miss Universe candidate and its first edition under the directorship of Ariella Arida.
Hosting the coronation ceremony are Erika Kristensen-Lee, Gabbi Garcia, Tim Yap and Xian Lim. The show will feature performances by James Reid and Marlo Mortel.
