Dr. Gabriella Mai “Gabbi” Ceniza Carballo is from Cebu City, Philippines. The city is geographically situated in Cebu, Philippines but is governmentally and politically independent from the province.
Carballo grew up in a suburban household in Orlando, Florida, United States. Her aunt Vida Grace “Golda” Ceniza Villanueva is Miss Cebu Tourism 1991.
BIOGRAPHY
Carballo is a Filipino doctor, event host, model and beauty queen born in Miami, Florida to Filipino parents. Her father is from Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, Philippines and her mother is from Cebu.

- On February 23, 2020, she served a judge at the Miss Mandaue 2020 screening at Maayo Hotel in Mandaue City.
- In August 2020, she graduated from Cebu Doctors’ University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

- On December 18, 2024, she represented Cebu City North at Miss Universe Cebu 2025 and competed against 16 other candidates at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino in Cebu City. She won the title.

- On May 2, 2025, she represented Cebu City at Miss Universe Philippines 2025 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines where she and 65 other candidates competed for four crowns. She was crowned Miss Eco Philippines 2026, the third highest title.
