During separate incidents, Glen inappropriately touched two female officers in a police car. He was on duty during both incidents.

In December 2016, Glen was in a car with a female officer in the Springburn area of Glasgow. While they were stopped at a set of traffic lights, he placed his hand on her right thigh before moving it up her leg, according to her.

In June 2021, another female officer was in a car with Glen on her first day on the job. She was in the passenger seat while he was driving.

When Glen changed gear and brushed his hand against the female officer’s leg, she laughed off. He then touched her again on the thigh two more times, according to her.

On a few occasions, Glen bought the female officer dinner. She accused him of making sexualized comments after she confided in him about her marriage an allergy to latex.

On May 6, 2025, Glen was found guilty of two sexual assault charges at Glasgow Sheriff Court in the Gorbals area of Glasgow. In addition, he was convicted of communicating indecently with the same two female colleagues he inappropriately touched in December 2016 and June 2021.

Following a trial at the court, Sheriff Paul Reid deferred sentence pending background reports. He said Glen had humiliated the two female officers.

During the trial, Glen explained that he did sometimes engage in sexualized humor with other officers. He will appear again in court at a later date.

Misconduct proceedings would be opened against Glen, according to Police Scotland’s Professional Standards Department head Helen Harrison. He has been placed on the sex offenders register.
