Lamont is an American politician and businessman born in Washington, D.C. to Edward “Ted” Miner Lamont Sr. and Camille Helene Buzby Lamont. Edward Sr. and Camille got married in San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA on June 23, 1951.

Born in San Juan to Jesse M. Buzby and Helene Geisser Buzby, Camille turned 88 on May 19, 2014 and died on January 12, 2015. Born in New York City, New York, USA to Thomas Stillwell Lamont and Elinor Branscombe Lamont, Ted turned 89 on December 10, 2015 and died in New York on November 4, 2016.
