Shelby Ann Howell represented the United States in the seventh edition of Miss Multiverse. She represented Maine, USA in the 74th edition of Miss USA.

BIOGRAPHY

Howell is an American entrepreneur, real estate agent, model and beauty queen from Bangor, Maine. Her mother Summer Macias Howell is a resident of El Cajon, California, USA.

Shelby founded the Single Parent Housing Foundation, which helps single parents across Maine achieve home ownership. She herself was raised by a single mother.
