Bukidnon, Philippines has two cities namely Malaybalay and Valencia and 20 municipalities namely Baungon, Cabanglasan, Damulog, Dangcagan, Don Carlos, Impasugong, Kadingilan, Kalilangan, Kibawe Kitaotao, Lantapan, Libona, Malitbog, Manolo Fortlich, Maramag, Pangantucan, Quezon, San Fernando, Sumilao and Talakag. Malaybalay is the capital of the province.

Born in Valencia, Rogelio Neil “Oneil” Pepito Roque served as the congressman of Bukidnon’s fourth district from 2013 to 2022. He was elected as the governor of the province in 2022 and reelected in 2025.

Roque’s wife Laarni Lavin Roque was elected as the congresswoman of Bukidnon’s fourth district in 2022 and reelected in 2025. He turned 55 on July 25, 2024 and she turned 53 on September 18, 2024.
