Ricarte “Dong” Robledo Padilla was elected the governor of Camarines Norte, Philippines in 2022 and reelected in 2025. He joined the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas in 2024.
Born in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, Padilla turned 59 on June 1, 2024. His father Casimero Bustamante “Roy” Padilla Sr., at age 61, was fatally shot in Labo, Camarines Norte on January 17, 1988 while campaigning for governor of the province.

On May 12, 2025, the province elected its new congressmen, governor, vice governor and provincial board members.
Camarines Norte has 282 barangays. The capital of the province is Daet, which is 342 kilometers southeast of Metro Manila, Philippines.
