The Central Visayas region of the Philippines has two provinces namely Bohol and Cebu and three independent cities namely Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City and Mandaue. The three cities are geographically located in Cebu but independent from the province.

On May 13, 2023, Emmanuelle Fabienne Camcam represented Cebu at Miss Universe Philippines 2023 and competed against 37 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. She finished in the Top 18.

On May 22, 2024, Kris Tiffany Janson represented Cebu at Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and competed against 52 other candidates at the same venue. She finished in the Top 10.
