Antipolo is the only city in Rizal. The province has 13 municipalities namely Angono, Baras, Binangonan, Cainta, Cardona, Jalajala, Morong, Pililla, Rodriguez, San Mateo, Tanay, Taytay and Teresa.

On July 31, 2022, Herlene Nicole Budol represented Angono and Stacey Gabriel represented Cainta at Binibining Pilipinas 2022 and competed against 38 other candidates at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Budol and Gabriel were the respective first and second runners-up.

On July 13, 2023, Budol represented Angono at Miss Grand Philippines 2023 and competed against 29 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila. She ranked third and was crowned Miss Philippines Tourism 2023.

On May 22, 2024, Gabriel represented Cainta at Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and competed against 52 other candidates at the same venue. She was runner-up to Chelsea Manalo.
