Sharee Ann Tee Tan de los Santos and her husband Richard de los Santos are residents of Samar, Philippines. She was born in Cebu City, Philippines to Ricardo Tan and Milagrosa Tee Tan.
Milagrosa was a member of the provincial board of Samar from its second district from 1998 to 2001 and the congresswoman of the district from 2010 to 2019. She turned 61 on February 24, 2019, assumed office as the governor of the province on June 30, 2019 and died in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines on November 30, 2019.
Ann’s brother Reynolds Michael Tan served as the vice governor of Samar from June 30, 2019 to November 30, 2019 and the governor of the province from November 30, 2019 to June 30, 2022. He has been the congressman of the province’s second district since June 30, 2022.
Ann has been the governor of Samar since June 30, 2022. On May 11, 2025, she turned 42.

On May 2, 2025, Yoshabel Mendones Lebico represented Basey and Kathreen Kaye Dacanay represented the Samar Island at Miss Universe Philippines 2025 and competed against 64 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila. They were both unplaced.
