2025 San Juan, Metro Manila congressman, mayor, vice mayor, councilors elected

Joseph Ejercito Estrada served as the mayor of San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines from 1969 to 1986 and from 2013 to 2019. He was the vice president of the country from 1992 to 1998 and its president from 1998 to 2000.

San Juan is home to Club Filipino, the first exclusive social club in the Philippines, and the Filoil EcoOil Centre, an indoor sporting area. The city celebrates the Wattah Wattah Festival every June 24.

On May 12, 2025, San Juan elected its new congressman, mayor, vice mayor and councilors. The city has 100,639 registered voters.

On June 27, 2022, Kitt Cortez represented San Juan at Mister International Philippines 2022 and competed against 32 other candidates at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. He was third runner-up to Myron Jude Ordillano and was crowned Mister Tourism Philippines 2022.

On July 13, 2023, Arine Ejercito Tan represented San Juan at Miss Grand Philippines 2023 and competed against 29 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila. She finished in the Top 15.

On April 28, 2025, Cortez represented San Juan at Mister Pilipinas Wordwide 2025 and competed against 25 other candidates at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City, Metro Manila. He ranked fifth and was crowned Mister Eco Philippines 2025.
