Yuri Rey represented Colombia at Miss Aura International 2024 on October 18, 2024. She and competed 43 other candidates at Rixos Sungate Hotel in Kemer, Antalya and won the title.
On May 23, 2025, Rey went back to the same venue where she crowned her successor Krishan Pauline Alerre. The latter is the second Miss Aura International from the Philippines following Alexandra Faith Garcia, who won the title in 2021.
Before becoming Miss Aura International 2024, Rey represented Meta at Miss Grand Colombia 2023 and competed against 22 other candidates at the Mayor Auditorium CUN in Bogota, Colombia. She was runner-up to Maria Alejandra Lopez.
