Both Bryan A. Runcorn, 49, and Adam Geffre, 25, are residents of Bismarck, Burleigh County, North Dakota, United States. They were recently arrested.
Bryan Runcorn
A teenage girl was in Runcorn’s car with him when Bismarck Police Department officers pulled him over for driving while under suspension near North 24th Street in Bismarck. He told them he had offered her a ride after seeing her walking around Mandan, Morton County, North Dakota.
The girl told the officers that Runcorn had shown her explicit images and videos while talking about sex. He also asked her if she wanted to go back to his house, according to her.
Runcorn is a former Mandan resident. Aside from Bismarck and Mandan, he has lived in other parts of North Dakota including Dickinson, Fargo, Hebron, Richardton and Williston.
On June 23, 2025, Runcorn will attend his preliminary hearing. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was charged with driving under suspension and promoting an obscene performance by a minor.
Adam Geffre
Also on June 23, 2025, Geffre will attend his preliminary trial. His bond was set at $30,000.
According to Bismarck Police Department, Geffre messaged a person he thought was 15 years old on social media. He allegedly messaged the person to meet up at a location in Bismarck for a sexual act.
When Geffre arrived at the location, he was arrested by an officer. Condoms were found in his car during his arrest.
On September 10, 2025, Geffre’s trial will start. He was charged with a felony count of luring minors by computer.
