Noor Xarmina Khattak is a venture capitalist and an actor from Islamabad, Pakistan. She is an alumna of Imperial College London in London, England, United Kingdom, Headstart School in Islamabad, the American International School of Bucharest in Voluntari, Bucharest and London Business School in London.
On July 20, 2024, Xarmina competed against eight other Miss Universe Pakistan 2024 finalists at Brennia Kottefaru in Raa Atoll, Maldives and won the title. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Nimra Jacob of Balochistan, Karen Pinto of Karachi, Anzela Abbasi of Karachi and Zainab Raza of Lahore.
Miss Universe Pakistan 2025
In July 2025, Xarmina will crown her successor in the Maldives. It is the third edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Pakistan’s Miss Universe candidate.
Pakistani women living outside Pakistan were allowed to join. The only age requirement is that the candidate should be at least 18 years old.
A total of 50 women are competing for the Miss Universe Pakistan 2025 title. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 10 candidates:

Pakistani currently has one Miss Universe 2025 placement. The country made its debut in the international beauty pageant in 2023.
On November 18, 2023, Erica Robin represented Pakistan at Miss Universe 2023 and competed against 83 other candidates at the Gimnasio Nacional José Adolfo Pineda in San Salvador, El Salvador. She finished in the Top 20.
On November 16, 2024, Xarmina represented Pakistan at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She was unplaced.
