Reigning Miss World 2023 Krystyna Pyszková is currently in India. She is set to crown her successor in the Asian country.
Based in London, England, United Kingdom, Miss World is the oldest existing international beauty pageant. Its inaugural edition was held at the Lyceum Ballroom in London on July 27, 1951 and was won by Kiki Håkansson, then 22, of Sweden.
The first Miss World from the Czech Republic is Taťána Kuchařová, who was crowned at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, Poland on September 30, 2006. The second winner of the title from the Czech Republic is Pyszková.
On March 9, 2024, Pyszková represented the Czech Republic at Miss World 2023 and competed against 111 other candidates at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India. She won the title.
Runner-up to Pyszková was Yasmina Zaytoun of Lebanon. Lesego Chombo of Botswana and Aché Abrahams of Trinidad and Tobago finished in the Top 4.
Zaytoun is Miss World Asia 2023, Chombo is Miss World Africa 2023 and Abrahams is Miss World Caribbean 2023. Also crowned were Miss World Americas 2023 Leticia Frota of Brazil, Miss World Europe 2023 Jessica Gagen of England and Miss World Oceania 2023 Kristen Wright of Australia.
Miss World 2025 predictions
On May 31, 2025, Pyszková’s successor will be crowned at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It is the 72nd edition of the oldest existing international beauty pageant.
A total of 108 women are competing for the Miss World 2025 crown. I believe these eight candidates will make it to the top:

- Americas & Caribbean: Anna-Lise Nanton (Trinidad & Tobago), Aurélie Joachim (Martinique)
