BIOGRAPHY

Dhulipala is an Indian actor and beauty queen who is a trained classical dancer in Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam. She was born in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, India to Venugopal Rao and Santha Kamakshi and raised in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Rao was an Indian Merchant Navy engineer. Kamakshi was a primary school teacher.
