Sergio Alejandro Azuaga Piñango of Caracas, Venezuela won Man of the World 2024 at the Winford Resort and Casino in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines on July 26, 2024. He competed against 22 other candidates.
On May 31, 2025, Azuaga crowned his successor Juul Messian at the SM Skydome in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The latter is the first Man of the World from Spain.
Man of the World is based in San Juan, Metro Manila. It is one of the six grand slam international beauty pageants for men along with Mister World, Mister International, Mister Global, Mister Supranational and Mister Grand International.
