Sakhile Zibusiso Dube competed against 19 other Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2024 finalists at the Harare Hippodrome in Braeside, Harare, Zimbabwe on May 18, 2024. She won the title.
On November 16, 2024, Dube represented Zimbabwe at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She finished in the Top 30.
On May 17, 2025, Dube went back to the Harare Hippodrome where she crowned her successor Lyshanda Moyas. On November 21, 2025, the latter will represent Zimbabwe at Miss Universe 2025 at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Zimbabwe.
