Victoria Velasquez Vincent is an alumna of the University of Auckland in Auckland, New Zealand. She was born in Auckland to an Irish father and a Filipino mother.

On September 7, 2024, Vincent turned 29. On September 29, 2024, she competed against 15 other Miss Universe New Zealand 2024 candidates at the Dorothy Winstone Centre Performing Arts Centre in Auckland and won the title.

Runner-up to Vincent was Gazelle Garcia. The second runner-up was Inge Carolus.

Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 predictions

On June 24, 2025, Vincent will crown her successor at the SkyCity Theatre in Auckland. It is the 59th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects New Zealand’s Miss Universe candidate.

In this edition, there will be five winners. The runners-up of Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 will be crowned Miss Grand International 2025, Miss Asia Pacific New Zealand 2025, Miss Globe New Zealand 2025 and Miss Scuba New Zealand 2025.

There are 13 women competing for the five titles at stake. I believe these five candidates will be the titleholders:
