On June 28, 2025, Mister Supranational 2025 will be crowned in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland. It is the ninth edition of the international beauty pageant.

Dr. Fezile Mkhize
Dr. Fezile Mkhize of South Africa is the reigning Mister Supranational 2024. He is a doctor, an actor, a television host and a model.
On July 13, 2019, Mkhize competed against 12 other Mister World South Africa 2019 candidates at Casa Toscana in Pretoria, South Africa. He won the title.
On August 23, 2019, Mkhize represented South Africa at Mister World 2019 and competed against 71 other candidates at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. He was runner-up to Jack Heslewood and was crowned Mister World Africa 2019.
On July 4, 2024, Mkhize represented South Africa at Mister Supranational 2024 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz. He competed against 35 other candidates and won the title.
Runner-up to Mkhize was Casey de Vries of the Netherlands. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Brandon Espiritu of the Philippines, Marcos de Freitas of Venezuela and Sanonh Maniphonh of Laos.
