Christopher Hayden Cox represents the United States in the ninth edition of Mister Supranational. The country is home to Mister Supranational 2019 Nate Crnkovich.

Cox is a Filipino-American registered nurse and beauty king who advocates for better healthcare access in underserved communities. His parents Stephen Luther McMahon and Shirley Laureta Retutal McMahon got married in Harris County, Texas, USA.

Shirley is Felix Benito Retutal and Lolita Laureta Retutal‘s daughter. Felix served in the U.S. Army during World War II, turned 55 on October 10, 1967 and died on January 11, 1968.

Lolita was born in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. She and Felix have two sons namely James Retutal and Edwen Retutal.

• On June 28, 2025, he represented the U.S. at Mister Supranational 2025 and competed against 38 other candidates at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland. He was unplaced.
