Sophia Nicole Arkanghel of Kalayaan, Laguna, Philippines is Binibining Apollo 2022. She also was Binibining Ikatlong Lahi ng Laguna 2022 first runner-up, Queen Prestige International 2022 first runner-up and a Miss International Queen Philippines 2023 finalist.
On April 14, 2024, Arkanghel represented Kalayaan at Miss International Queen Philippines 2024 and competed against 32 other candidates at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. She won the title.
On July 9, 2025, Arkanghel crowned her successor Anne Patrica Lorenzo Diaz at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The latter will represent the Philippines at Miss International Queen 2025.
Currently, the Philippines has three Miss International Queen crowns. The country won the title via Kevin Balot in 2012, Trixie Maristela in 2015 and Fuschia Anne Ravena in 2022.
