Connor Perry of Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, United States attended Lafayette High School in Lexington from 2015 to 2019. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in Lexington with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience in 2023.
As Miss Heart of Lexington USA 2024, Perry competed against 26 other Miss Kentucky USA 2024 candidates at the Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Pulaski County, Kentucky. She won the title.
Runner-up to Perry was Julia Long of Keeneland. The respective second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Hannah Harrison of Tri County, Caelin Taylor of Capital City, Veronica Chisholm of North Central Kentucky and Tania Sigler-Orihuela of Woodford County.
Miss Kentucky USA 2025 contestants
On July 19, 2025, Perry will crown her successor at The Vern Riffe Center for the Arts of Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Scioto County, Ohio, USA. It is the 71st edition of the beauty pageant that selects Kentucky’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

On August 4, 2024, Perry represented Kentucky at Miss USA 2024 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California, USA. She was runner-up to Alma Cooper of Michigan.
