Garcia is a Kiwi-Filipina information technology professional, model and beauty queen based in Auckland, New Zealand. After attending Philippine Normal University in Ermita, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines and the University of Santo Tomas in Sampaloc, Manila, she moved to New Zealand in 2012.
