Connor Perry of Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, United States attended Lafayette High School in Lexington from 2015 to 2019. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in Lexington with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience in 2023.
As Miss Heart of Lexington USA 2024, Perry competed against 26 other Miss Kentucky USA 2024 candidates at the Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Pulaski County, Kentucky. She won the title.
On July 19, 2025, Perry crowned her successor Mattie Barker at The Vern Riffe Center for the Arts of Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Scioto County, Ohio, USA. The latter will represent Kentucky at Miss USA 2025.
