Caylie Simmons of Franklin, Pendleton County, West Virginia, United States is a registered dental hygienist and an oral health advocate. In 2022, she graduated from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in Morgantown, Monongalia County, West Virginia.
As Miss Three Rivers Festival USA 2024, Simmons won Miss West Virginia USA 2024 at the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts in Buckhannon, Upshur County, West Virginia on June 1, 2024. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Caitlyn Stupi of Berkeley Springs, Erin Wellman of Sweetheart Festival, Cassidy Myers of C-K AutumnFest and Emily Boyd of Eastern Panhandle.
On July 27, 2025, Wellman went back to the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts in Buckhannon, represented Barboursville Fall Fest at Miss West Virginia USA 2025 and won the title. She will represent West Virginia at Miss USA 2025.
