Mario El Hajj competed against 14 other Mister Lebanon 2024 candidates at the Casino du Liban in Jounieh, Keserwan, Keserwan-Jbeil, Lebanon on January 9, 2024. He won the title.
On July 30, 2025, El Hajj went back to the Casino du Liban to crown his successor Saadedine Ghassan Heneine. The latter will represent Lebanon at Mister International 2025.

El Hajj is an alumnus of Notre Dame Des Apotres in Beirut, Lebanon. From 2014 to 2017, he attended the Arts, Sciences and Technology University in Lebanon (AUL) in Beirut where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management.
On November 23, 2024, El Hajj represented Lebanon at Mister World 2024 and competed against 59 other candidates at NovaWorld in Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận, Vietnam. He finished in the Top 20.
