Elliot Oliphant of South Park Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States attended South Park Senior High School in South Park Township from 2019 to 2023. In 2023, she entered the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
On June 29, 2024, Oliphant represented South Park at Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2024 at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. She won the title.

On August 26, 2000, Parry represented Pennsylvania at Miss Teen USA 2000 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA. She won the title.
On September 28, 2023, Ross represented Pennsylvania at Miss Teen USA 2023 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. She was second runner-up to UmaSofia Srivastava of New Jersey.
