Noni Diarra of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States competed against Miss Pennsylvania USA 2024 candidates at Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania on June 29, 2024. She won the title.

Runner-up to Diarra was Elizabeth Voight of Fredericksburg. The respective second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Ruby Rojas of Keystone State, Alyssa Boyer of Fairview, Aleisha Stas of Chestnut Ridge and Madison Campbell of Central Pittsburgh.

Miss Pennsylvania USA 2025 predictions

On August 2, 2025, Diarra will go back to Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown to crown her successor. It is the 74th edition of the beauty pageant that selects Pennsylvania’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Pennsylvania currently has 15 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Michele McDonald. The most recent one was achieved by Jasmine Daniels.

On May 22, 1971, McDonald represented Pennsylvania at Miss USA 1971, competed against 50 other candidates at the Jackie Gleason Auditorium in Miami Beach, Florida, USA and won the title. On July 24, 1971, she represented the country at Miss Universe 1971, competed against 59 other candidates at the Miami Beach Auditorium in Miami Beach and finished in the Top 12.

On September 29, 2023, Daniels represented Pennsylvania at Miss USA 2023 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. She was third runner-up to Noelia Voigt of Utah.
