Thailand was represented in Miss Universe by the winner of Chandra 25‘s Miss Thailand Universe from 2000 to 2011. Miss Universe Thailand was organized by Chandra 25 from 2012 to 2018, TPN 2018 in 2019 and TPN Global from 2020 to 2024.
Born in Damnoen Saduak, Ratchaburi, Thailand, Nawat Itsaragrisil founded Miss Grand International in 2013. He became the Miss Universe Thailand national director in 2025.
Miss Universe Thailand 2025
On August 23, 2025, the coronation ceremony of the first edition of Miss Universe Thailand under Itsaragrisil will be held at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. Overall, it is the 26th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the country’s Miss Universe candidate.

On July 14, 2024, Suchata Chuangsri represented Bangkok at Miss Universe Thailand 2024, competed against 39 other candidates at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok and won the title. On November 16, 2024, she represented Thailand at Miss Universe 2024, competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico and was third runner-up to Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark.
On April 22, 2025, Chuangsri was officially appointed Miss World Thailand 2025 and was dethroned as Miss Universe 2024 third runner-up. On May 31, 2025, she represented Thailand at Miss World 2025, competed against 107 other candidates at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and won the title.
