Christianna Katsieri competed against 19 other candidates at Star GS Hellas 2022 at the Lohan Night Club in Athens on September 29, 2022, finished second and was crowned Miss GS Hellas 2022. On April 15, 2024, she was officially appointed Miss Universe Greece 2024.
Miss Universe Greece 2025
On September 24, 2025, Katsieri will crown her successor at Star GS Hellas 2025 at Empati North in Athens. It is the 15th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Universe candidate of Greece.
George Kouvaris and Nina Lotsari will host the coronation ceremony, which will feature performances by Elias Palioudakis, Irini Androutsou and Johana. Miss Universe Europe and Middle East 2024 Matilda Wirtavuori will serve as one of the judges.

Greece was represented by Star Hellas from 1952 to 2018 and Star GS Hellas from 2021 to 2024. Under the directorship of Kouvaris, Star GS Hellas selected the country’s candidates for Miss Universe, Miss Earth, Miss Supranational and Miss Intercontinental from 2021 to 2024.
On August 26, 2023, Katsieri was officially appointed Miss Earth Greece 2023. On December 22, 2023, she represented Greece at Miss Earth 2023, competed against 84 other candidates at the Vạn Phúc City Water Music Square in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and was unplaced.
On November 16, 2024, Katsieri represented Greece at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She was unplaced.
