Raegan Amelia Rutty is an artistic gymnast born and raised in the Cayman Islands, a self-governing British overseas territory. She is Gary Rutty and Angel Siegl Rutty‘s daughter.
On August 31, 2024, Raegan competed against five other Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2024 finalists at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa in Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. She won the title.

On August 9, 2025, Raegan will crown her successor at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa. It is the 48th edition of the beauty pageant that selects the Cayman Islands’ Miss Universe candidate.
Jodie Ebanks-Aguilar of West Bay was originally included as a candidate. However, she withdrew from the competition before the sashing ceremony at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa on June 21, 2025.

The Cayman Islands has yet to have a Miss Universe placement. The British overseas territory made its debut in the international beauty pageant in 1980.
Representing the Cayman Islands, Dealia Walter and Maureen Lewis won the Miss Congeniality award in Miss Universe in 1980 and 1982, respectively. The territory did not participate in the competition from 1986 to 1988, 1997 to 1998, in 2005, in 2007, in 2010 and from 2013 to 2014.
On November 16, 2024, Raegan represented the Cayman Islands at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. She was unplaced.
