Alma Oralia Minerva Cooper of Okemos, Ingham County, Michigan, United States is the reigning Miss Michigan USA 2024. She won the title on April 21, 2024 at the McMorran Entertainment Center in Port Huron, St. Clair County, Michigan where she represented Okemos and competed against 64 other candidates.
Runner-up to Cooper was Emma Hahn of Farmington. The respective second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Michele Lewandoski of Mona Lake, Jada Dudley of Heart of Michigan, Aurora Nash of North Southfield and Bonita Loka of Macomb County.
Miss Michigan USA 2025
On August 9, 2025, Cooper will crown her successor at the McMorran Entertainment Center in Port Huron. It is the 74th edition of the beauty pageant that selects Michigan’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
Currently, Michigan has 27 Miss USA placements. These include the coronation of Carole Gist in 1990, Kenya Moore in 1993, Rima Fakih in 2010 and Cooper in 2024.

Fakih was unplaced when she competed against 82 other Miss Universe 2010 candidates at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA on August 23, 2010.
