Zoe Melita Creed was born and raised in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. She attended St. Rita’s College in Clayfield, Brisbane.
On September 5, 2024, Creed represented Queensland at Miss Universe Australia 2024, competed against 28 other candidates in the grand ballroom of Crown Perth in Burswood, Western Australia, Australia and won the title. The respective first and second runners-up were Victoria, Australia’s Laetitia Greco and Renèe Mourad.

On June 1, 2004, Hawkins won Miss Universe 2004 at the Centro de Exposiciones y Convenciones Mitad del Mundo (CEMEXPO) in Quito, Ecuador where she competed against 79 other candidates.
On November 18, 2023, Wilson represented Australia at Miss Universe 2023 and competed against 83 other candidates at the José Adolfo Pineda Arena in San Salvador, El Salvador. She was second runner-up to Sheynnis Alondra Palacios Cornejo of Nicaragua.
