Raegan Amelia Rutty represented the Cayman Islands in the 73rd edition of Miss Universe. She is the first ever Olympic gymnast of the self-governing British overseas territory and the first ever Olympic gymnast to compete in the international beauty pageant.

Rutty is a Caymanian-American artistic gymnast and beauty queen born and raised in the Cayman Islands. She is a resident of East End, Cayman Islands.
