Irha Mel Inutan Alfeche of Matanao, Davao del Sur, Philippines is the reigning Miss Philippines Earth 2024. She was unplaced at Miss Philippines Earth 2020.
On May 11, 2024, Alfeche represented Matanao at Miss Philippines Earth 2024 and competed against 28 other candidates at the Talakag Covered Court in Talakag, Bukidnon, Philippines. She won the title.
Miss Philippines Earth 2025 candidates
On August 10, 2025, Alfeche will crown her successor at the Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is the 25th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Philippines’ Miss Earth candidate.
