Raegan Amelia Rutty is the first ever Olympic gymnast of the Cayman Islands and the first ever Olympic gymnast to compete in Miss Universe. She was born in the British overseas territory to Gary Rutty and Angel Siegl Rutty.
On August 31, 2024, Raegan competed against five other Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2024 finalists at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa in Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. She won the title.
On August 9, 2025, Raegan went back to The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa where she crowned her successor Tahiti Seymour. On November 21, 2025, the latter will represent the Cayman Islands at Miss Universe 2025 and compete against 128 other candidates at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand.
