Eliise Randmaa is an information technology specialist from Kirna, Järvamaa, Estonia. From September 2019 to June 2022, she attended Tallinna Tehnikaülikool in Tallinn, Estonia where she earned her bachelor’s degree in IT system development.

On August 25, 2023, Randmaa competed against nine other Miss World Estonia 2023 finalists at Kadriorg Castle in Tallinn. She won the title.

On August 14, 2025, Randmaa crowned her successor Mari-Ann Rõuk of Tallinn at Manna La Roosa in Tallinn. The latter will represent Estonia at Miss World 2026.

Currently, Estonia has two Miss World placements. After participating from 1994 to 2007, the country was not represented from 2008 to 2019 in the beauty pageant, which was not held in 2020 amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

On December 4, 1999, Karin Laasmäe represented Estonia at Miss World 1999 and competed against 93 other candidates at the Olympia Hall in London, England, United Kingdom. She finished in the Top 10.

Randmaa represented Estonia at Miss World 2025 and competed against 107 other candidates. She won the sports challenge of the competition at the Ganti Mohana Chandra Balayogi Athletic Stadium in Hyderabad, Telangana, India on May 17, 2025 and finished in the Top 40 during the coronation ceremony at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad on May 31, 2025.
