Miss New York USA 2025
On August 17, 2025, Delgado will go back to Albany to crown her successor. It is the 74th edition of the beauty pageant that selects New York’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Shanna Moakler represented New York at Miss USA 1995 and was runner-up to Chelsi Smith then became the titleholder after the latter won Miss Universe 1995. Representing the U.S., Loughery finished in the Top 10 at Miss Universe 1952, Friel finished in the Top 12 at Miss Universe 1979 and Pressler was unplaced at Miss Universe 1999.
On August 4, 2024, Delgado represented New York at Miss USA 2024 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California. She finished in the Top 20.
