Julius White, 36, of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, United States has been arrested. He is one of the three suspects accused of committing a botched robbery in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia, USA.

On September 6, 2024, White and two others were involved in a robbery and shooting incident in the vicinity of South Raleigh Street and Berry Street in Martinsburg. The names of the two other suspects have yet to be released.
During the incident, White used a pistol to hit an individual, which resulted in a gun fight. Stray bullets from the shooting traveled into the stands of an ongoing football game at Martinsburg High School in Martinsburg.
One of the people watching the football game was hit by a bullet and two others were injured by shrapnel. After the gun fight, White fled West Virginia and went on the run.
On March 5, 2025, a warrant was issued for White’s arrest. The case was referred to the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force of the U.S. Marshals Service for apprehension.
On August 4, 2025, investigators found White in the 2000 block of Rupley Road in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and arrested him. He was charged with first-degree armed robbery, malicious wounding, conspiracy to commit robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
White’s arrest was part of Operation Monarch, a collaborative effort between the U.S. Marshals, the Martinsburg Police Department and other law enforcement agencies. It started on July 14, 2025 and ended on August 15, 2025.
