Peiliker is a Bonairean beauty queen from Playa Pabou, Bonaire. She and her husband Jonathan Peiliker have three daughters and one son together.

Nicole attended Montverde Academy in Montverde, Florida, United States and Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, USA and earned her master’s degree in banking and financial services from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. For four years, she worked at the Culinary Archives Museum of Johnson & Wales University.
