Ngusa is a Tanzanian activist, model and beauty queen from Lindi, Tanzania. As an activist and a mother, she promotes postpartum health.

• On July 28, 2019, she won Miss Central Zone 2019, a Miss Tanzania 2019 qualifier.
• On August 23, 2019, she competed against 19 other Miss Tanzania 2019 candidates at the LAPF New Millennium Towers in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She did not make it to the Top 5.
• On October 4, 2019, she served as a Miss and Mister Dodoma Media College 2019 chief judge at New Club Seven in Dodoma.
