Arceo is a Filipino-American beauty queen based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. She was born in California, USA to an American father and a Filipino mother.

• Representing Mandaluyong, she competed against 22 other “Gandang Filipina” contestants and was crowned as the winner on March 31, 2017.
• On March 28, 2019, she won Ms. BodyCon 2019 at the Music Museum in San Juan, Metro Manila.
• On September 15, 2019, she represented Borongan at Miss World Philippines 2019 and competed against 39 other candidates at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. She finished in the Top 12.

2020s

• On October 3, 2021, she represented Quezon City at Miss World Philippines 2021 and competed against 43 other candidates at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center Hall A in Subic Special Economic and Freeport Zone, Olongapo, Zambales, Philippines. She ranked sixth and was crowned Miss Environment Philippines 2021.
• On April 2, 2022, she represented the Philippines at Miss Environment International 2022 and competed against 20 other candidates in Mumbai, India. She was runner-up to Kayra Wouters of Belgium.
• On July 13, 2022, she competed against seven other finalists in the female category of Century Tuna Superbods 2022 at Harbor Garden Tent of the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila in Pasay, Metro Manila. She was runner-up to Christelle Abello.
