Christine Juliane “CJ” Opiaza won Miss Grand Philippines 2024 on September 29, 2024. She represented Castillejos, Zambales, Philippines and competed against 19 other candidates at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines.
On August 12, 2025, Opiaza crowned her successor Emma Mary Tiglao at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay. On October 18, 2025, the latter will represent the Philippines at Miss Grand International 2025 at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand.

When the Philippines made its Miss Grand International debut in 2013, the country was represented by Binibining Pilipinas 2012 second runner-up Annalie Forbes. In 2014, the country’s representative was Kimberly Karlsson, the winner of the first ever standalone Miss Grand Philippines, which was managed by John de la Vega.
From 2015 to 2022, Bb. Pilipinas held the Miss Grand International franchise of the Philippines. The first standalone Miss Grand Philippines under Arnold Vegafria‘s directorship started in 2023.
