Diana Dashaira Angono Mouhafo of Malabo, Equatorial Guinea has been modeling professionally since 2017. She became a mother in 2020.
On September 7, 2024, Mouhafo represented Malabo at Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2024 and competed against 12 other candidates at the Sala de Conferencias de Baney in Baney, Bioko Norte, Equatorial Guinea and won the title. Also crowned were Miss Internacional Guinea Ecuatorial 2024 Sandra Imelda Iyanga of Mbini and Miss Mundo Guinea Ecuatorial 2024 María de los Ángeles of Evinayong.
Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2025
De los Angeles and Mouhafo will crown their successors at the Polideportivo de Malabo in Malabo on September 5, 2025 and on September 6, 2025, respectively. It is the 12th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Equatorial Guinea’s Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss International candidates.
Consuelo Obiang Mbulito is the national director of Miss Guinea Ecuatorial, which started sending candidates to Miss World in 2012 and to Miss Universe and Miss International in 2019. The Equatorial Guinea has yet to place in these three international beauty pageants.
There are 14 women competing for the Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2025 crowns. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 5 candidates:

Mouhafo is the first mother to represent the Equatorial Guinea in Miss Universe. She was unplaced when she represented the Equatorial Guinea at Miss Universe 2024 and competed against 124 other candidates at the Arena Ciudad de México (Arena CDMX) in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico on November 16, 2024.
On May 31, 2025, Estela Nguema Mangue represented the Equatorial Guinea at Miss World 2025 and competed against 107 other candidates at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. She was unplaced.
