Luke Anthony Ollis, 39, of Pahoa, Puna, Hawaii, United States is a former resident of Stockton, California, USA and Linda, California. Aside from Pahoa, he has lived in other parts of Hawaii including Keaau and Mountain View.

Between November 2012 and February 2013, Ollis allegedly sexually assaulted a minor more than once. Details about the alleged crimes have yet to be released.

On April 24, 2024, a grand jury in Hilo indicted Ollis on sexual assault charges. In January 2025, he turned 39.

On July 17, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents arrested Ollis at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in SeaTac, Washington, USA after he arrived on a flight from Taiwan. Prior to his arrest, he was living in Indonesia.

Investigators with the Hawaii County Prosecutor’s Office escorted Ollis back to Hawaii. He was charged with sexual assault in the first degree and two counts of sexual assault in the third degree.

At 2:25 p.m. on August 29, 2025, Ollis was arrested by Hawaii Police Department officer Harrison A. Clifford. On September 2, 2025, Ollis made his initial appearance in Hilo Circuit Court before Judge Peter Kubota.

Kubota increased Ollis’s bail from $150,000 to $500,000. The Pahoa man waived the formal reading of the charges filed against him and he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

On September 10, 2025, Ollis will appear in court again for a hearing on the prosecution’s motion to hold him without bail. On January 20, 2026, his jury trial will start.

Pahoa is also home to Davin Paul Nohea Kapahua Antonio, 52. On August 8, 2025, the Hawaii Police Department executed a search warrant on his residence and vehicle and confiscated a total of 473.84 grams of methamphetamine and on August 20, 2025, he appeared before Kubota.
