Daryl Ng graduated from the Institute of Technical Education in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. In 2017, he earned a diploma in electrical and electronics engineering from Republic Polytechnic in Woodlands New Town, Singapore.
On October 26, 2024, Ng represented Singapore at Mister Cosmopolitan 2024, competed against 17 other candidates at The Imperial Hotel and Convention Centre Korat in Nai Mueang, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand and won the title. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Patryk Henrique of Brazil, Denny Howman of Indonesia, Shin Jae Min of South Korea and Đinh Dương Bảo Huy of Vietnam.
Mister Cosmopolitan 2025
On September 7, 2025, Ng will crown his successor at Siam Fantasy in Bangkok, Thailand. It is the third edition of the international beauty pageant for men.

Mister Cosmopolitan is owned by DEMIT Sdn Bhd, which is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The international beauty pageant was founded by Faizul Mohd Noh, who has been the director of DEMIT Sdn Bhd since January 2018.
Candidates of Mister Cosmopolitan have to be at least 5’7″ tall and 18-35 years old during the competition. Single and married men, single fathers and divorcees are allowed to compete.
On October 8, 2023, Blake Johnson represented the United States at Mister Cosmopolitan 2023, competed against 14 other candidates at The Platform Performing Arts Theatre in Kuala Lumpur and won the title. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Abdul Rahim Bin Mahmood of Singapore, Ivan Ignacio of the Philippines, Yothin Romthaisong of Thailand and Joshua Saunders of Australia.
