Kenneth Rios Marcelino represented Laguna, Philippines in the third edition of Mister Pilipinas Worldwide. He represented the country in the third edition of Mister Cosmopolitan, an international beauty pageant based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Marcelino is a Filipino makeup artist, model and beauty king from Baclaran, Cabuyao, Laguna. He is also a fitness buff.

• On April 28, 2025, he represented Laguna at Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2025 and competed against 25 other candidates at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City. He ranked sixth, finished as the second runner-up and was crowned Mister Cosmopolitan Philippines 2025.
• On September 7, 2025, he represented the Philippines at Mister Cosmopolitan 2025 and competed against 17 other candidates at Siam Fantasy in Bangkok, Thailand. He was runner-up to Shawn Lin of Taiwan.
